Development & Pre-Opening

With our knowledge and background in hotel development and operation, we are able to help hotel owners consult with their architects and designers to ensure functional designs and layouts for new-builds. We can also assist owners in the selection and procurement of all furnishings, operating equipment and operating supplies.

We will be on site at least four months prior to opening to ensure a smooth and successful opening day is achieved. This includes proper hiring and training of all staff members, initiating and launching various pre-opening marketing initiatives, liaising with various vendors and franchisor in the interfacing of all systems to the property management system.

In addition to the front-of-the house preparation, we can also assist in developing various A&G controls and SOP's (Standard of Procedure), such as the property accounting manual and policies including banking and payroll, and obtaining various operating licenses.
